South African President refuses to step down – but sources says process of removal underway

The South African president Jacob Zuma has reportedly been recalled by the top committee of his party after an all-day meeting which is still under way outside Pretoria.

Although there has been no official word from inside sources say the process to remove him from office is now underway.
