Spain begins to outline plans to reopen country after tough lockdown

Spain has begun to outline its plans to reopen the country following one of Europe’s toughest lockdowns which began in mid-March.

With the four-phase plan, it is hoped the country will return to what the government has called a “new normality” by the end of June.
