Starmer and Sunak make final pleas to secure undecided voters

Matt Frei: There’s just one full day of campaigning left now and Rishi Sunak insists the outcome of the election is not a foregone conclusion.

He’s urging disaffected Tories who’ve switched to Reform, to “lend” him their vote to stop a Labour supermajority.

Conservative campaign chiefs believe the final result could come down to a few hundred thousand right-wing voters.
