State funeral held in Genoa for bridge collapse victims

In Genoa, a state funeral has been held for 18 of the victims of the collapsed bridge. 42 people are now believed to have died when a section of a major motorway bridge collapsed last Tuesday. But some victims’ families have stayed away from today’s service, in protest at the government’s failure to keep the bridge safe.
