Stephen Kelly, Manufacturing NI CEO, on Brexit negotiations: ‘People are losing their jobs and being used as pawns in a game of politics’

The Irish prime minister says he is looking forward to hear Boris Johnson’s plan for a deal on Irish border checks after Brexit when the two meet on Monday.

But a group of Northern Irish business leaders who’ve been in Brussels today aren’t very positive about the progress of negotiations so far.

Stephen Kelly, CEO of Manufacturing NI, which represents 550 companies there, speaks to Europe Editor Matt Frei in Brussels.
