Storm Boris batters Italy forcing thousands to evacuate

Storm Boris has already swept across Central Europe, dumping five times the average rainfall for a month, submerging entire neighbourhoods and killing 24 people. Now Italy is feeling the fury of this low pressure system.

So far, a thousand residents have been evacuated from the northern region of Emilia-Romagna and two people are reported missing.
