Storm Christoph raises risk of ‘significant flooding’ across England

Weather warnings for heavy rain are in force across the UK as Storm Christoph moves in.

There are fears it could also bring high winds and snowfall in the next couple of days – and the Environment Agency has warned of “significant flooding” risks across northern, central and eastern England.
