Storm Franklin: Flood warnings issued in West Midlands and Yorkshire

The Environment Agency is urging communities in parts of the West Midlands and Yorkshire to be prepared for significant flooding following high rainfall from storm Franklin.

Water levels are continuing to rise along the banks of the River Severn – where two major warnings are currently in place.
