Storm Henk: Man dies in Gloucestershire as disruption continues across UK

A man has died after a tree fell on his car in Gloucestershire during the high winds and heavy rain caused by Storm Henk. There’s still widespread disruption across the UK, with cancelled trains, power cuts and blocked roads – as well as heavy flooding.

As of 6pm today there was still one severe flood warning in place in England and Wales, along with 268 flood warnings, and 323 flood alerts.
