Syrian refugees struggling six months on from earthquake

It’s been six months since two massive earthquakes tore through southeast Turkey and northern Syria, leaving fifty thousand people dead. Countless more were made homeless when entire towns and cities were turned to rubble.

With aid especially slow to arrive in Syria – conditions are still dire – particularly for millions of refugees living in already impoverished areas under rebel control.
