Taiwan quake: videos show moment biggest earthquake in 25 years struck

Rescuers are working to free dozens of people trapped after Taiwan was hit by its strongest earthquake in 25 years.

Nine people were killed and more than a thousand injured when the 7.4 magnitude quake struck during the morning rush hour.
