Whether Dominic Cummings’ trip was within lockdown rules or not is up for debate. What is more clear  that people are already asking if it’s OK for them to do the same.

Some fear that could undermine lockdown rules and spark an increase in Covid deaths – like, Stephen Reicher – a behavioural scientist who is one of the experts who fed into the group designing the guidelines. He joins me now from Fife.
