Theresa May urges cross-party Brexit plan with Labour

Theresa May has appealed to the Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn to ‘put their differences aside’ and agree a Brexit deal – saying losses by both parties in the local elections meant finding a way to overcome the impasse had become more urgent.

But after details of cross-party talks were leaked to the Sunday papers – the Chancellor John McDonnell said he had lost trust in the Prime Minister – so has this put a deal at risk?
