Three people die in mystery mushroom poisoning in Australia

Three people are dead and a pastor is still fighting for his life – after what Australian police are calling a suspected mushroom poisoning.

The prime suspect is a 46 year old woman called Erin Patterson, who hosted a lunch back in July where her guests mysteriously fell ill – their symptoms consistent with eating the highly toxic death cap.

Ms Patterson insists she has no idea what happened.
