Tory chaos: opposition parties eye by-elections

In Westminster, the parliamentary Privileges Committee report into the Partygate scandal is due to be published in the next few days.

Meanwhile campaigning has begun in three constituencies after the resignations of Boris Johnson and his allies, Nadine Dorries and Nigel Adams who didn’t make Mr Johnson’s resignation honours list.
