Tropical Storm Harvey: Houston struggles to handle flood levels

President Trump has flown into a devastated Texas tonight as Tropical Storm Harvey pummels the region for yet another day – with more torrential rain still to come.

A pair of dams which protect parts of Houston from floodwaters have begun overflowing: while vast ‘megashelters’ are being prepared for the tens of thousands who’ve fled their homes.
