3mTrump draws big crowds during India visit
A mutual admiration show – complete with cheering crowds – President Trump has been hailed by more than a hundred thousand people who packed a rally at the start of his trip to India – along with a lavish welcome from prime Minister Narendra Modi.
A special wall was put up along his route – apparently to hide a slum district from view – before Mr Trump and his wife Melania visited the Taj Mahal – describing it as “really incredible”. Inigo Gilmore reports.
