Trump Labour row: did Labour break election rules on foreign interference?

It seems this is another US presidential election with accusations of ‘foreign interference’.

This time though it involves the UK.

Donald Trump has lodged a complaint after his team picked up a social media post by the Labour party appealing for volunteers to travel to America to help the Democrat campaign.
