Trump maintains lead over Republican rival DeSantis, poll shows

In the US, Donald Trump has addressed a Republican fundraising dinner in Iowa claiming he’s the only candidate for the party’s nomination that can ‘win big’ in next year’s presidential contest.

Despite having two legal indictments against him, he’s still leading in the polls against his closest Republican rival, Ron DeSantis.
