Turkey coal mine explosion kills at least 41

Officials say 41 people have been killed after an explosion at a coal mine in northern Turkey.

Rescuers managed to rescue dozens of others who were working in the mine when the blast happened, many of them more than 300m below ground.

Emergency crews worked through the night to reach survivors.
