Uganda: Pupils killed and captured by militants linked to Islamic State group

At least 41 people have been killed in an attack on a school in western Uganda, which police say was carried out by militants linked to Islamic State.

The assailants attacked a secondary school in the western border town of umpondwei Mpondwe late yesterday. It’s believed a number of people have also been abducted by the attackers, who are members of the rebel group Allied Democratic Forces.
