UK and Welsh governments clash over tests

Governments across the UK are under pressure to increase testing capacity.

Today the Foreign Secretary – himself answering questions over the UK government’s response – criticised the Welsh Health Minister for abandoning public testing targets altogether.

And the controversy has not stopped there.
