UK political leaders call for Israeli restraint after Iran attack

Congratulating the RAF personnel who were involved in the US-led mission to help Israel down the barrage of missiles fired from Iran, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak told MPs earlier that the UK’s aim was to prevent further destabilisation in the Middle East.

And he also urged an end to the conflict in Gaza, calling on Israel to improve the amount of aid reaching there.
