UK targeted ‘prolifically and aggressively’ by China

Successive governments have failed to grasp and respond to the scale of the threat posed by China, according to a wide-ranging report published today by the Intelligence and Security Committee.

The ISC, which scrutinises the work of the UK’s major security agencies, has also questioned the wisdom of prioritising trade with China at the expense of security considerations.
