Ukraine: Johnson offers troops training on surprise visit to meet Zelenskyy in Kyiv

The offer from Boris Johnson to President Zelenskyy was for the British military to train thousands more Ukrainian troops, in unspecified third countries.

A day after EU leaders were in Kyiv offering solidarity Boris Johnson was largely doing the same.
