Ukraine suffer against Russia in ‘cauldron of war’ Bakhmut

Ukraine has called for an urgent investigation by the international criminal court after a graphic video emerged, apparently showing a prisoner of war being shot dead by Russian soldiers.

President Zelenskyy vowed to track down those who had killed him.

The PoW had gone missing near Bakhmut – the scene of the most intense fighting of the war, now largely destroyed. All but a handful of residents have fled.
