Ukraine war: Inside first village liberated in counter-offensive (dubbed)

Kilometre by kilometre, metre by metre: that is how Ukraine is recording its gains in the new counter-offensive.

It’s a painstaking advance that’s liberated seven small villages in the past few days.

Our team were the first foreign journalists to reach one of those villages – Blahodatne – just three kilometres from Russian positions on the frontline.
