As we’ve heard the US described the UK nerve agent attack as “a breach of international law”. But Washington has also now separately imposed sanctions against 19 Russians – accusing them of interfering in the 2016 US election and cyber attacks.
It’s the strongest action yet taken against Moscow by the Trump administration.
