Uvalde shooting: New footage shows delayed police response

A video published by a Texas newspaper has sparked renewed anger over the delayed police response during the Uvalde school shooting that left 19 children and two teachers dead.

The footage shows the gunman entering the school followed by heavily armed officers who then wait well over an hour before tackling him.
