Venezuelan attorney general office surrounded by government troops

Security forces have barred Venezuela’s chief prosecutor from her office – as she accused the authorities of trying to hide corruption and human rights violations. The country’s controversial new assembly voted unanimously to remove Luisa Ortega from her post – its new chief warning government critics – “justice is coming for you.”
