‘Very stark’ failures by probation service contributed to murder of mother and three children

A coroner has said a “very stark” series of failures by the probation service contributed towards the murder of a mother and three children.

Damian Bendall was given a whole life sentence for killing pregnant mother Terri Harris in September 2021, along with her two children and their 11-year-old friend.
