Waad Al-Kateab calls for more accountability on Syria war crimes at UN Security Council address

It’s been more than 10 years since the start of the war in Syria with millions displaced or killed.

But there has been little accountability for the war crimes committed during that time.

This week Syrian filmmaker and campaigner Waad Al-Kateab went to the United Nations Security Council in New York to insist that the world should not forget what happened there.
