Welsh government announces new local lockdown restrictions in Caerphilly

In the last hour, the Welsh government has announced new local lockdown restrictions across the borough of Caerphilly to prevent the spread of a local outbreak of coronavirus – they said the measures follow a surge in cases linked to clusters of people meeting indoors without social distancing, or to holidays overseas.
