Welsh protesters call for cap on second homes

Priced out, sold out: in some parts of North Wales almost 50 percent of the housing is a second home.

And tomorrow, Welsh language activists will be holding a protest calling for urgent and radical action which they say is needed to protect those communities.

The Welsh government has promised to consider a range of measures to reduce the impact of second homes, including possible tax changes and new planning rules.
