What does the economic forecast mean for the coming years?

Jeremy Hunt cast today’s Autumn Statement as a plan to rebuild the economy.

But, unlike the mini-budget delivered by his predecessor, his announcement was accompanied by forecasts from the independent Office for Budget Responsibility.

And they are predicting a recession, rising unemployment and hundreds of billions in more borrowing.
