What next after Russia’s hypersonic missile attack on Ukraine?

Top diplomats from NATO and Ukraine will hold emergency talks next week after Russia’s attack on the city of Dnipro with an experimental hypersonic missile.

President Zelenskyy said he was already in talks with international partners about new air defence systems which could protect against these latest risks – and called for a “serious response to Putin’s intimidation”.
