White House clashes with No. 10 over GCHQ spying claims

The White House has assured Britain it won’t repeat allegations that the eavesdropping agency GCHQ was used by Barack Obama to spy on Donald Trump before last year’s election. Number 10 dismissed the allegations as “ridiculous”.
