Will new ‘fairer funding’ changes to schools cause more debt problems?

After years of lobbying from areas which claimed they’d been underfunded, the government has come up with a proposed new so called “fairer funding formula”.  But it’s causing outrage from East Devon to West Sussex up to Barnsley and beyond.
