Woman who murdered baby had previously told therapist of anger and alcohol issues, review finds

A woman who murdered a baby she was hoping to adopt had admitted that she had anger management issues and drank six bottles of wine a week.

But this “critical information” was not shared with her GP or the adoption panel that went on to approve her.

The baby’s birth mother said authorities should never have tried to remove him from her care.
