Wuhan residents celebrate as lockdown is lifted

It’s 100 days since the world changed almost beyond recognition. The World Health Organisation was told about a mystery illness caused by a virus and a handful of people in China had it.

Wuhan – where it all began – has now ended its lockdown. But as the people there celebrate, questions are being asked about the accuracy of the official death toll and whether there’s any risk of the virus coming back.
