The British Comedy Awards Nomination Show airs on Channel 4 this Sunday. Tune in to find out: Who's going head-to-head to win Best Sketch Show? Will Harry Hill be nominated for an award for the 7th year running? Who'll be competing to be crowned 2012 King or Queen of Comedy? The British Comedy Awards current Queen of Comedy Sarah Millican is bombarded with praise from her peers. Sarah, who is nominated for the Queen of Comedy accolade again this year, is described by Jack Whitehall as "the funniest lady on TV" in The British Comedy Award Nomination Show (2nd December, 10.30pm on Channel 4). Jo Brand adds "Behind that rather sweet and charming exterior, there's a heart of darkness banging out filth and jokes that take your breath away". Graham Norton heaps praise on his fellow chat show host Alan Carr. Both The Graham Norton Show and Alan Carr Chatty Man are nominated in the British Comedy Awards, Best Comedy Entertainment Programme category. In The British Comedy Award Nomination Show (2nd December, 10.30pm on Channel 4), Graham talks warmly of his rival saying "You know you're going to enjoy yourself if you watch Alan, you can relax. It never feels stiff, it never feels false" adding "Alan's a lovely host, the guests like him". Talking of his own show, Graham says "the best thing about doing a chat show is that it's never really about you, it's always about the guests". He also confesses that one of his personal favourite shows to host was with guests Wili.I.am, Greg Davis and Miriam Margolyes, adding "put Miriam Margolyes, in any show and it would be one of my favourites". Graham Norton would award Charlie Brooker as his Best Comedy Entertainment Personality. In The British Comedy Award Nomination Show (2nd December, 10.30pm on Channel 4) Graham, who is nominated himself in this category, declares "Best Entertainment Personality is a way of describing people who are funny but have no real material, or don't really do stand up. If somebody tells me I have the best entertainment personality, I'll be delighted to accept that honour. I'd give it to Charlie Brooker. If it was in my power I'd give it to him".
