Broadcast Digital Awards shortlist announced

The play along game developed by C4 to accompany The Million Pound Drop Live has received more nominations that any other programme in the shortlist - with nominations in the Best Use of Digital Technology, Best Use of Interactive and Best Multiplatform Project categories.
Channel 4 cleaned up in the Best Use of Digital Category, with over half of the nominations going to C4 shows, and for the Best Multiplatform Project category, four out of the six projects nominated were produced by Channel 4.
News and Current Affairs cross platform projects received two nominations, for Ask The Channel Chancellors online, and the online Maths quiz developed to accompany Dispatches: Kids Don't Count. Jamie's Dream School is also in contention for an award, in the Best Content Partnership category.
E4 is once again nominated for Best Entertainment Channel and Channel of The Year, and its smash hit sitcom The Inbetweeners received a nod in the Best Scripted Programme category. More4's The Big C has been nominated for Best Programme Acquisition.
E4's Marketing team received the most nominations of any channel, with nominations in the Best Channel Marketing category and E4 shows The Inbetweeners and Misfits both nominated for Best Programme Marketing.
