Channel 4 celebrates hat-trick of wins at the Broadcast Digital Awards

Channel 4 won a trio of awards at last night's Broadcast Digital Awards for its marketing, digital and cross-platform activity, along with a highly commended mention.

Best Channel Marketing went to E4, which tapped into social media and bespoke idents and created innovative on-air support for its programming.

Million Pound Drop Live play-along game scooped the gong for Best Use of Technology. The game impressed with its ability to drive audience engagement and transforming viewers into participants.

Hugh's Fish Fight, which created a website encouraging viewers to join the campaign, was awarded Best Multiplatform Project.

In the Best Entertainment channel, E4 was highly commended for its strong programming, online innovations and nurturing of fresh new talent.
