The amazing all star line up confirmed for the biggest annual comedy event of the year will include: Alan Carr, Andi Osho, Chris Moyles, Dara O Briain, Jack Dee, Jack Whitehall, Jo Brand, John Bishop, Jon Richardson, Jonathan Ross, Kevin Bridges, Lee Evans, Mark Watson, Michael McIntyre, Micky Flanagan, Rhod Gilbert, Rich Hall, Sarah Millican, Sean Lock & Shappi Khorsandi...
Dermot O'Leary will be opening and closing the show that will also feature music numbers from N Dubz and a ‘special' tribute to all those taking part, from Irish band Dead Cat Bounce, called ‘Bunch of Comedians'.
Showbiz greats who have also specially shot video inserts for the night include: Lady Gaga, Russell Brand, Miranda, Whoopie Goldberg, Glee actors Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison, James Cordon and Sir Patrick Stewart.
Rob Brydon has also filmed his very own unique version of his comedy journey to The Gala with a helping hand from a few of his chums.

Dermot O'Leary will be backstage at the annual stand-up extravaganza which will feature, amongst a host of stars, the likes of Lee Evans, Michael McIntyre, Sarah Millican, Alan Carr, & Jonathan Ross - all in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital.
