E4 Commissions World's Greatest Body Shockers from Twofour

C4 Entertainment Commissioning Editor David Williams has commissioned World's Greatest Body Shockers (working title), a 1x120 production from Twofour for E4.

Presented by comedian Tom Allen, World's Greatest Body Shockers will be a jaw-dropping romp through the most shocking body transformations the world has ever seen.

From tattoo obsessed stars like Angelina Jolie and David Beckham, and yoyo dieting celebs including Kerry Katona and Oprah Winfrey, to the fans of extreme body modification who like to split their tongues, and sometimes their penises, in half. 

World's Greatest Body Shockers will feature the man who gave birth and the stars whose bodies have been ravaged by excessive partying, bringing together tabloid tales and incredible archive footage with talking heads and a wicked sense of humour.

Tom will introduce some comedy surprises of his own along the way and the show will be broadcast on E4 later this year.

C4 Commissioning Editor said: "This one-off special will see the immaculately groomed Tom Allen turns his attention to the most shocking bodies of celebrities and civilians alike. Expect to look through your fingers throughout."

World's Greatest Body Shockers will be Exec produced by Juliet Rice with Jill Cumberbatch as Producer Director and Katie Bell as Production Manager.
