Claude Littner - Chairman of Viglen

Claude is a successful entrepreneur best known for some of his appearances on The Apprentice as Lord Sugar's trusted aide and tough interviewer. His ongoing business career has already spanned over 40 years, during which time he has been involved in a great variety of industries. He has been Chairman of Alan Sugar's IT solutions company, Viglen, since 2009 and is currently chairman of companies in all services, technology, digital media, and property.

On mental health in the workplace: Claude sees mental health as endemic in today's fragmented and rapidly changing world. He recognises there is stigma attached to mental health in the workplace. The underlying question for Claude is: Can people with serious mental health issues perform consistently within a pressurised working environment without adverse effects on themselves -  without affecting their ability to interact with others and to carry out  their job satisfactorily?
