Essex girl Jess has been unemployed for just over one year. In the space of four years she had around 15 jobs and describes her employment history as a "constant cycle of hiring and firing." She claims that she is "banned from most recruitment agencies" and admits that in the past she's had the wrong attitude when it comes to work. She'd rather be painting her nails or on twitter than doing any work. She knows she needs to change her attitude and hopes that Hotel GB will provide her with a role which keeps her interested.
