In week 44, Ruby does what she can to persuade Jono not to go in the Army, but he has a plan so that he can follow his dream and be with his dream girl. Meanwhile, when the gang play a prank on Esther, Ruby's worried they may have gone too far this time.

How would you describe the character you play?
She means well! Ruby is just a bit lost and easily lead. She can definitely be bitchy but I think she's been misguided.

 

Are you anything like them in real life?
I hope I'm not quite as pathetic as Ruby! But I can definitely relate to the struggles she goes through growing up.

 

If you could play any other character, who would you choose, and why?
Theresa McQueen - she's a badass, but girly!

 

How long have you been in Hollyoaks?
Two years and I'm loving it!

 

What's been your favourite scene to shoot in Hollyoaks?
Something VERY exciting that's coming up soooo soon, but my lips are sealed. You'll know what I'm talking about when you see it...

 

And your worst?
Weddings and funerals take so long to film because there are lots of people so there's a lot of waiting around.

 

Who is the hottest cast member?
Jimmy McKenna who plays Jack Osborne - he's got a twinkle in his eye!

 

Have you ever given anyone a Hollyoaks calendar as a present?
No, I think I'd die of embarrassment.

 

Do you ever use your job to jump queues for bars, clubs etc?
No, but I'm going to name and shame Jessica Forrest - she's so good at it, so I tag along.

 

Do you ever get sent any weird fan mail?
No

 

What's your favourite joke?
I met a Dutch girl with inflatable shoes last week and phoned her up to arrange a shopping trip, but unfortunately she'd popped her clogs.

 

Who's your best mate in the cast?
Jazmine Franks, who plays Esther. It's perfect because when she gets on my nerves I can use it as fuel for when Ruby bullies her on screen (only joking!)

 

Who's the worst in the cast for inappropriate laughter?

How very dare you - that would be telling...
