Jon Ashworth to appear on this weeks The Andrew Neil Show

Journalist and broadcaster Andrew Neil’s guest in the second episode of his new live 10-part series on Channel 4 will be Labour’s spokesperson on Work & Pensions, Jonathan Ashworth.  As the cost of living crisis shows no sign of letting up, Andrew will be asking what Jonathan’s party would do to help Britain’s poorest.   

The Andrew Neil Show, tx Sunday 15th May 6pm on Channel 4 sees UK’s pre-eminent political interviewer return to TV in a time where political issues are front and centre of the nation’s conversation.

The live half-hour programme will see Neil conducting forensic extended interviews with decision takers and news-makers from across the political spectrum. He will give his individual take on the biggest issues of our times as well as A-list analysis, commentary and debate from a regular cast of contributors.

This Sunday he is joined by Daily Mirror’s Pippa Crerar and The Telegraph’s Madeline Grant, as they give insight from their invaluable experience as Westminster’s political commentators.
