Matt Baker Explores the Heart of Britain in New TV Series Baker's Britain (w/t)

Channel 4 has commissioned Big Circus Media to make a new four-part series celebrating the extraordinary people, places and things that make up the fabric of life in the UK for More 4. 

Fronted by farmer and TV Presenter Matt Baker, the series will be filmed across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, profiling the people whose passions power our country. Capturing the natural beauty of our landscapes the series will celebrate the diverse and rich fabric of our modern-day United Kingdom, both traditional and contemporary.

Matt will meet the people the people at the heart of British industry. He’ll join those working in extreme landscapes and champion the remarkable people preserving Britain’s rich and proud history and heritage. 

Deborah Dunnett, commissioning editor, Channel 4, said “This series will be a surprising, quirky, celebratory and life-affirming snapshot of Britain, from cities to coastlines, workshops to woodlands and farms to factory floors.
